Our Startup Solutions is an authorized partner of CCA-licensed Certifying Authorities. We act as a Registration Authority (RA), applying for Digital Signature Certificates on behalf of our clients through our CA partners. DSCs are issued by the respective Certifying Authority as per the guidelines of the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), India.
To apply for a DSC, you must be 18 years or older, possess valid identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN), and have a mobile number registered with Aadhaar for OTP-based KYC verification.
All prices are inclusive of taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your order will be honored.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Payment is required before DSC issuance begins. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
DSC issuance involves a KYC verification process with the Certifying Authority. Refunds are governed as follows:

USB tokens are dispatched via courier within 24–48 hours of DSC issuance. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Please note: Courier charges will be extra as per the delivery location and will be communicated at the time of delivery.

Our Startup Solutions acts as an intermediary Registration Authority. We are not liable for any losses arising from the misuse of your DSC, portal downtime, or rejections by government portals for reasons outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ambala, Haryana.
